Whistleblower System

Reports of legal violations or misconduct help us identify risks early. This page describes our reporting channel in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).

Who can report

The reporting channel is open to employees, applicants, customers, suppliers, partners, and any other individuals who have obtained knowledge of a potential violation in connection with their professional activities.

What can be reported

In particular, violations of criminal law, regulations subject to fines to protect the life, health, or rights of employees, as well as violations of EU and national law – for example corruption and bribery, fraud and embezzlement, antitrust violations, violations of export control and sanctions regulations, data protection and information security violations, labor and occupational health and safety violations, as well as discrimination and harassment.

How to submit a report

Send your message by email to kontakt@seconity.com with the subject "Whistleblower Report" or by mail in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential – Whistleblower Report" to:

Seconity GmbH – Compliance
Im Fliegerhorst 10
38642 Goslar
Germany

A description of the facts that is as specific as possible, the persons or organizational units involved, the timeframe, and any available documentation are helpful.

Anonymous reports

You can also submit your report anonymously. Please note that follow-up questions will then be limited, which may make the investigation more difficult.

Process and Deadlines

We acknowledge receipt of your report within seven days, assess its validity, maintain contact with you as far as possible, and take appropriate follow-up actions. We usually inform you of the outcome within three months of acknowledging receipt.

Confidentiality and protection against retaliation

Your identity will be treated confidentially and made known exclusively to the persons entrusted with handling the report. Retaliation against whistleblowers—such as termination, warning, transfer, or discrimination—is prohibited under Section 36 HinSchG and will not be tolerated by us. At the same time, knowingly false reports are prohibited.

External reporting office

Independently of this internal channel, you may also contact the federal external reporting office at the Federal Office of Justice as well as – depending on the circumstances – other competent authorities.

Data Privacy

We process personal data from reports exclusively to process the notice on the basis of Section 10 HinSchG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Documentation will be deleted in accordance with statutory periods after completion of the procedure.
